When you visit this website the server automatically records what your browser sends: IP address, the address requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. Logs are deleted automatically after seven days and are not combined with any other data.
If you write or call us about a car, we process what you tell us in order to answer the enquiry, legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no purchase follows we delete the enquiry after six months; documents arising from a purchase are kept for ten years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the data protection commissioner of Lower Saxony.
